CLMS – CourtLink Monitoring Services

Client Agreement

CLMS provides professional supervised visitation monitoring for court-ordered cases only.

CLMS does not provide legal advice, therapy, counseling, mediation, or custody evaluations.

CLMS operates as a neutral third-party provider, ensuring compliance with court orders and maintaining accurate, objective, and court-ready documentation.

1. Purpose of Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for supervised visitation services provided by CLMS.

2. Role of CLMS

CLMS provides neutral, third-party supervised visitation monitoring. CLMS does not offer legal advice, counseling, evaluations, or recommendations regarding custody or visitation.

3. Scheduling

CLMS schedules visits during daytime weekday hours only. All scheduling is subject to availability and must align with the standing court order.

4. Court Order Requirement

A valid court order is required before services begin. CLMS follows the court order as written and does not interpret or modify court orders. Any changes or clarifications must be addressed through the court or attorneys prior to services.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are due at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of the visit. Missed visits, late arrivals, or cancellations may still be billed according to CLMS policy.

6. Documentation

CLMS provides factual, neutral reports based solely on observed behavior. Reports may be shared with attorneys, the court, or agencies as legally required. CLMS does not provide opinions, recommendations, or guarantees regarding case outcomes.

7. Safety and Conduct

CLMS may terminate or refuse a visit at any time if safety concerns arise, inappropriate behavior occurs, or the court order is violated. The safety of the child is always the priority. Visits terminated for these reasons may not be refunded.

8. Confidentiality

CLMS maintains confidentiality within legal limits. Information may be disclosed to the court, attorneys, law enforcement, or child welfare agencies when required.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients must comply with all CLMS policies, arrive on time, adhere to the court order, and maintain respectful behavior at all times.

10. Language & Communication Requirement

All monitored visits must be conducted in English or with a pre-approved interpreter present. The monitor must be able to understand all communication during the visit in order to provide accurate and court-ready documentation.

If an interpreter is required, it is the responsibility of the client(s) to arrange and ensure the interpreter is present for the full duration of the visit. CLMS reserves the right to cancel or terminate a visit if communication cannot be adequately understood.

11. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services

CLMS reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if the case falls outside the scope of services, presents safety concerns, or if clients fail to comply with CLMS policies and procedures.
