Client Agreement

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you will:
•    ✅ Provide accurate and truthful information on all intake forms.
•    ✅ Follow all visitation rules and guidelines set forth by CLMS.
•    ✅ Participate in visits according to the terms outlined in the court order.
•    ✅ Respect that CLMS maintains confidentiality, except where disclosure is required by law, court order, or safety concerns.
